Is Rabbi Saks' Pluralism a Symbol of a More Esoteric Mysticism?
I think it's worth pointing out that even on the most radical readings of what Rabbi Saks was saying, that literally somehow the world is such that Christianity is true for the Christian and Islam istrue for the Muslim. Even that view wouldn't be totally foreign to Jewish thought because of the work of rough cook. He speaks about language many, many times. And some sort of comparison between language and faith. It's simply not possible to try to describe the world from outside of a linguistic perspective,. Because you need a language. But he did make this big distinction between Torah and Hochma, wisdom and Torah.
