Ousing is a meta data parcer that gives you impo about a python project. It uses pythons, abstract syntex tree, and that means it's parsing. Dowsing parses the files instead, reads them the same way the python compiler does. The idea behind Ousing is not necessarily to transcribe music into middi sheet or what have you but to turn it into middeos.
