Wildlife photographer Andy Howard is an expert in mountain hairs. He has developed a system for getting close to the animals and photographing them. The first few years of his career involved photographing their tails and bums as they shot off over the horizon. But one day he thought, I wonder what had happened if I sang to this hair? And it slowly stood up and started to wash its face. So that was the start of learning the fieldcraft.
