i think first as always, play up. Always play up against somebody s better than you. A third thing i say is, learn from your failures an don't allow them to define you. I'm 30 years into this, into my career, and i still seek people out to to help me. And what i would tell my younger self is that there's more to life than success in money. You have to have purpose. Building a company is feels like purpose at the time, but it's not necessarily the real purpose of why you're here on this earth.
