Ukraine and the West are playing catch up first giving munitions to Ukraine, then long range artillery, now air defenses in response to what Russia is doing. I think in the beginning of the war, the West did not expect Ukraine to put up such a fight. There was a reluctance to give a lot of weapons to a country that was just going to basically use them up and lose the war. As the war has has drag on, as the Ukrainians have shown an incredible ability to integrate these weapons into their army... The West is now thinking, okay, maybe it's not such a lost cause to be losing to be helping Ukraine. And if you look at the declarations that have been made,
