The Apprentice Program at Pinterest - Was It a Hunger Games Style?
Most of the people in Pinterest's apprenticeship program stayed on as full-time employees. The goal was not to transfer everyone over to full-time or Hunger Games style only one of you survived. So with the apprentice program, every apprentice that they take on, they are able to hire that person.
