Why Do We Hire Coffee Shops?

i spent a lot of time in coffee shops, and i'm just starting to reintroduce coffee shops to my routine. The reason i chose a coffee shop as the industry for the fictitious company is that everybody can lat to it. A lot of people will go to a coffee shop tis kind of a ritual, like a morning ritual, is part of their routine. So just, you know, very diverse jobs that you hire same solution for often have radically different jobs to be done.
