The Importance of Coding for the Autistic Mind
The practices of scrum and agile software development could almost have been designed for autistic people. If you weren't running the assumption of perhaps 20 percent of all developers software's currently doing probably always did it could have been diagnosed autistic then it would be natural that these sort of practices like agile would naturally have evolved patterns of behavior that are autism friendly but I don't think any of us realize that at the time they've been constructed, just this is what works.
