How to Get Into the Deep Work

I work no push notifications, nothing, like a horse with blinders on from about 9.30 or 10 until round two. After lunch, I always take a very quick 20-minute nap. It's amazing in terms of eliminating all the brain fog and the stress that develops late into the afternoon. A lot of times I'll go up on the farm road back behind my house and just walk back and forth. That's when we delve into the family dinners and just have a good time.
