What Kind of Questions Still Keep You Up at Night?

In over 400 years, we have had exactly one super nova visible to the naked eye in recent history. One big challenge of studying these stellar explosions is that we can't predict them. It's like youno showing up at the scene of a crime and then trying to figure out the culprit and the story of what happened. So i am very curious about getting to a point where we might be better at predicting this.
