Lunch today is typically vegetables. I usually have some type of raw vegetables, cucumber, bell peppers, tomatoes,. carrots, sometimes cabbage chopped up hummus. Um, this time of year, I really like sauerkraut. Usually an apple or again, some berries. On average, my lunch is with the, with the apple, probably somewhere between 28 and 35 grams of carb.
