I don't think he's will plan to retire until he literally can't do it anymore, wherever he's told to go. I mean, honestly, in his position, like, isn't it better to feel that way? Like if you're the CEO of Apple, that is your entire life, no matter what you want. So if you are the type of person that like you live for that, Great. Like you are now the right person for this job because you're going to be out of handle it, but other people, too.
