The Importance of Accuracy Feedback

When I love somebody, it's because I think they're competent. There are obviously people in my life that I love very much who I actually think are rather incompetent in a lot of different ways. With my spouse, I chose you because I see you as a highly competent person. And seeking your feedback from my performance has become a big part of my knowing that you love me is that you'll give me that accurate feedback. Now I want your approval. But if you had said, you know what, I'm really not into this casserole. You could have put less cheese in it or more cheese or whatever,.
