The Heart of Success

I was dreading doing that scene, where Logan forces Kendall to visit the parents of the waiter he'd killed. I didn't want to go in the house until there was a camera with me. You walk into that neighborhood itself and just know what these people's lives are like. One of my favorite painters is Francis Bacon. He said if I have any ability as a painter, it's a direct result of my openness to accident and chance. Sometimes when I think acting is too hard or painful or too heavy on me, the thought of that, not knowing what might happen.
