Discovering Law Versus Legislating Law
If we want to have innovation, there needs to be failure. If you manipulate the money supply or start legislating law, you're not incorporating feedback from market actors. You get these pathologies, right, that we call price disortion. Or, i don't know, legal corruption, i suppose. I leave people alone to freely compete, peaceably compete and continually rediscover what's true and accurate and relevant at any given point.
