The Strength of Meta-Analysis

The majority of studies comparing lower to higher protein intakes and their effect on strength and hypertrophy have null findings. However, when you look at the last four to five meta-analysis published since like 2018 by Morton and colleagues from then on, they consistently find a significant effect in typically somewhere in what we would consider a moderate to high protein intake being better than lower. That is not just variants, that's not just noise. And I think it does mean that we can have some confidence in this relationship.
