The Importance of a Bone Marrow Biopsy in Treating CLL
There are these nuances involved in terms of the white count and I think it's important because patients really get worried about this white count doubling. So you can watch and wait for new diagnosis of CLL and you see, and a new onset anemia do you always rule out autoimmune causes of anemia or do you do a bone marrow biopsy to further evaluate? And not really as I mean you should for sure not assume this is CLL primary CLL so you have to go on autoimmune hematically.
