CrossFit - Is Elbow Pain a Sign of Ring Strength?

Elbow pain is an indicator that your ring strength is eft up, and you need to do better programming as it hurts for a reason. There's no home grown cross fitter who has an iron cross unless they're a previous gymnast righ. The brachialis is what supports the elbow when it's straight. So if it never got trained, they can never move forward into the money making exercises.
