Your Content Is Aimed at Young Designers, Right?

I'm developing a platform which will specifically be looking at developing content for a young, marginalized creatives entering the industry. Its called creatives of diversinicity, or code. And there'll be podcasts and vilios and just general content that helps people navigate their way through the industry. It feels like everything has really taken off for you when perhaps you stopp i don't know, forgive me if I phrase is the wrong way, but went when i stopped trying to be hired,. When you stopped focusing unnacturally, what you cared about and saying what you saw or wanted to see, the change to be hard said.
