Giving Constructive Feedback to People You Don't Want to Hire
It's hard to tell people why you decided to not hire them, right? It's a rejection of them as a person in some ways. The other reason is they don't want to get sued,. In their head, h ther si there, thinking anything i say could turn into a lawsuit against me. And even if that almost never happens, the fact that it does happen is enough to dissuade people from giving clear, explicit feedback.
