Fucot's Archaeology

Foucot found the whole archaeology method that he used all throughout his early career to be extremely limiting. He introduced yet another new method of mystifying the narratives of the past, something he calls a genealogy. It's absolutely crucial if you want to call into question this assumption that so many people make that history has just been a long succession of progress. The genealog can show how different periods can give rise to each other for reasons that have nothing to do with rationality.
