The Submersible Titan, a private submersible that took five people on an attempt to view the wreck of the Titanic. One hour and 45 minutes in, they lost contact. It's probable that at that moment is when the catastrophic failure happened or shortly thereafter. They heard an audible signal that could have been the implosion but it wasn't definitive.
