How I Managed to Achieve All This With My Team

I get a huge amount of satisfaction and energy and fulfillment through the work that I do but it's really important isn't it as a leader that you are constantly protecting and managing the work life balance of your staff. You also have to run what you expect of others and not be unintentionally giving the message that you expect everyone else to work crazy Alice? Last year was quite a crazy year and in some ways it was quite fortuitous that I had a bit of extra time with lockdown couldn't go off doing all sorts of things so I devoted time to writing. So for me there isn't like I'm the best but to finish my work so I can start living my life.
