When you were younger and first starting out that you were, you were making decisions that were inauthentic to yourself. I think there's a few, a few times I would just sort of copy and paste and I didn't really consider whether this was me or my flavor... Do you know how it might be received? Oh, absolutely. And so just that sort of sense that there's so many experts out there and you don't really know how expert they are. So that is a big issue is finding your voice.

Arjuna Ishaya is a monk, author, and meditation teacher. He started his career as an outdoor instructor in New Zealand in 2001 until he discovered meditation, and for the past 20 years, he has traveled the world teaching meditation as a tool to gain peace of mind and live a better life.

In 2018, he published his first book, "200% – An Instruction Manual for Living Fully"

Now based in North Yorkshire, UK, he currently works as a mentor, taking his vast experience and understanding of the mind to work directly with individuals looking to start or deepen their practice of meditation, awareness, and mindfulness so they can live a richer life free of doubt, fear, overwhelm, and limitation.
