Writing a Book on Productivity - Tracking Progress
When you're writing a book, it doesn't have to be perfect the first time. So I've gotten in a habit of if I'm really starting from scratch, I will draft an outline just basically brain dump any bullet point that comes to mind because it's so much easier to edit even fairly incoherent nonsense. But related to this is also tracking progress. This is kind of something I settled into with the first book but for some reason, I did a lot of things wrong when I wrote the first book.
