Most of my training I do early mornings and I'm done by the time the kids wake up to what degree is such a workout suitable for restricted carb situation. Does a carb rich dinner allow for sufficiently high carb hydrate levels for a 75 to 90 minute hard session or what pre and during workout fueling would you recommend looking forward to your views and responses all right thanks Joel.
