Why I'm Scared to Rewatch Good Eats

The effect didn't work on me at all. Is that because 40-year-old Adam is a savvier viewer than 5- year-old Adam? Or is it because special effects have gotten way better over the intervening years? This is one of the many interesting things you can explore about yourself and your life by simply rewatching something. I'm scared to rewatch Good Eats because I fear I will see too much of myself in Good Eats. And that might not be very interesting to you.
