How to Be a Successful Searcher
Alex, you were one of my earlier interviews. I don't think I've heard anybody be as systematic about the prep for their search. So a very organized search. People could really take a lesson from that. One of the benefits of the search it can bring is professionalizing in a vertical as an organization. You have been trying to do that and a year and a half into buying, having acquired work pays and still struggle with that absolutely every day.
