How Can Counsellors Pray Biblically?

Praying with and for our counciles as we do seem modelled there. We don't want to assume that those we're ministering to really know how to pray biblically. I would love to share with hus to day colossians one unceasing prayer for our counsells, but then also in between our meetings, to continue to pray for them.
