patrick madrigio: I'm going to presume in the absence of you saying one way or the other that if you were married in the catholic church that they made sure that any necessary paperwork was present. If it should happen that your husband never disclosed the first marriage to the priest then no there's no reason to think uh... that there's any problem and certainly you have been living in sin, he says. "I don't see any reason to think that you're living in sin objectively speaking," Madrigo adds.
