The Accessible Icon Project
Brendan has cerebral palsy and hearing loss. He speaks through an augmentative communication device or a talking machine. The project to me shows that people with disabilities can be active and participate, he says. There's a lack of clarity as to whether this new sign meets the standards put into effect by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
