i remember when i used to be a strangy partner, i used to work in the resources sector. We worked for a mining company, and we found that they consistently had a lower labor cost than any of their competitors,. but they had a higher total factor productivity. So one of the things we forget is that if you treat employees well, you can actually lower your labour costs. You cut down on turnover, which is terribly expensive. And it's all about having thee skills you talk about, and being able to bring into the labour for so, you know, i know you wrote this book with a carroll called connect. I mean, you must do this or your company will die
