Is Exercise Really Good for Depression and Anxiety?

I think exercise is one of the best things you can do for depression and anxiety. I worry that there's a bit a sort of moralizing around this where it's like, the ideal thing to do is to fix it yourself. And meditations are like a crutch and like the cheety, like cop out option. Some therapists are polywa better than others. Some medications pollyabear than others. But by all means, i think people should try both. Cause, like, if you learn which one works better for you, that's like a huge win. If taking ut tt pressence requires swallowing a pill once a day or going to see a therapist every week
