It is still 100% possible to effectively teach music in your classroom without every student having an instrument. rotating parts is a huge part of it where if everybody can't do the same instrument activity together have each have them in small groups doing something where they can rotate parts. Keep track of when it comes to instruments who's playing what what the activity is and so everybody's getting to do something different each time they come in and they're all gonna be happy.
