It doesn't quite get that bad, but it is ironic that this sort of anti-regulatory project is ultimately thwarted by regulation. Despite having a very good waste management system, the ship wasn't allowed to discharge treated water into Panama's waters. No insurer is willing to provide cover for a floating crypto community thing.
