So, really, you need to focus on having a talented team. But then how do you get a talented team? Well, it's all about recruitment. And these are things you never hear entrepreneurs talk about. Instead, you hear them talk about chatbots,. marketing, and Gary V and things like this, right? Now, you can think about and talk about whatever you want. But if you want to win,you need to be thinking about these other things.
