Is Disruption Changing Business in America?

Disruption has almost become a phrase that people use to say, there's some competitor out there who is using technology in ways that will take away my business. To day, everybody has at least begun to be somewhat paranoid about that. But i still think what clay said,. which is something about organizations as almost internal ego systems that get fully lined around their existing way of doing business. And that creates a stickiness that is not that easy to move out of.
