I feel like there's a book in me later on, but it's just not right now. With the retreat before I did the retreat, I thought I was going to run four retreats in a year. And I quickly realized that that wasn't very workable. So yes, it is a case of trying things out, seeing how they feel and checking in with your gut,. Your gut feeling around things and also knowing that things change. But yeah, it can be hard to make those decisions, but they're very important.
