What Is a Help Desk?
The help desk should be anywhere a user submits for anything relating to the data or the b i space. Submitting a request for a new report, up date, seer report, or somethe business logic may change starts with the help desk. If they want support, like if they want one o one support, or they want some training, they could do it through the help desk,. And then the other part of that, too, is, like for anything that's related to the data, that is going to be something tat a b i author, someone who owns it’s going to do, it starts with this omission from a help desk.
