Soy: 99% of the time it is someone's internet connection that's like causing poor experience. But people probably, like, often assignd blame to topul itself being the source of the cause. Soy: We have this weird effect going on, which is, if you rate a call and you offer some feedback, like you actuallyo type a thing out, it becomes a support ticket.
