Plato's Definition of Knowledge

Knowing what we know is not enough for knowledge. It's got to be justified and justified means there are pictures in books showing camels. There are essays on animals with humps and long necks and smelly breath, they are camels. So once those three criteria have been met, it's good enough. And of course this doesn't just satisfy today's epistemologists or the people who make a science of knowing what knowledge is.
