One is simply that running a scare campaign against tax is justa easy so it's very easy for the coalitian in particular, at say, not o lavens threatening to give you better health and better education,. But labor's going to tax you, and your life's going to be a misery under labor, with all the taxes. That's been hard politics for labor. i think australians are now really unaccustomed to even imagining that a better public service would make their lives better. And let's be clearn.
