How Did the Ancients Measure the Speed of Light?
In ancient times, people didn't try to measure the speed of light. They thought that they could understand the universe just by thinking about it. The earliest recorded measurement i could find was from galileo, about 500 years ago. Nobody even tried to measure stuff back then.
