How to Have a Good Conversation in a Board Meeting
A thought, a comment, a question that spurs a conversation is much better than a question that just drives a response. And so I think we're trying to arm everybody to find their opening to sort of have that great assist that can then push the conversation forward. The partner usually, at least in our firm, because we're small enough where there's really three deal partners, you know, are trying to quarterback that meeting in a way where it feels right to management.
