In terms of joint ventures, I think there is a real worry of that being a way to get around the SIFI's process. Now, we don't want it to obviously impact joint ventures where it's not going to raise national security issue or with allied countries in certain aspects. But definitely, look, it needs to be taken a serious look at. And so three months ago, I would have said that it closed more loopholes than I might say now.
