Horton Hears a Who

Horton hears a who? I didn't see that. The story beats are so unclear, because it's like, yes, the inciting incident is that Tom Arnold thinks they're stealing his garbage. But then that's not really the inciting incident, because there's no stakes there until he follows the truck. And it feels like it was like a half hour more in when he like actually gets to the garbage dump and finds the army guys who are selling weapons. It reminds me a lot of the Beavis and Butthad and specific. However, very similar type of humor, very cartoony. So I think overall is a success, at least film-wise for me.
