Oracle Latino Alliance, Water Cooler Friday
Tracy: I love that, we actually with the Oracle have something called a relaunch program where we're bringing talent back into Oracle. And as well, when you said the ERG happier, I think about one of our employee resource groups that also had something what they call is Oracle Latino Alliance, our OLA group that has water cooler Friday. Lisa: Yes, it's really created a supportive environment and like you Tracy, it started during the pandemic and it's continued.
