Can Donald Trump Be Prevented From Speaking?
Naomi Lim: Any criminal defendant in the United States does have a right to criticize publicly your prosecutor, your judge, I wouldn't recommend it, but you are allowed to do it. What the prosecutors are asking here is to prevent Donald Trump from taking what we call the discovery, meaning the actual evidence that the prosecutors will soon begin handing over to Donald Trump.Lim: The judges going to have to sort of find some sort of middle ground on that there's a broader issue that has not yet come up which is, can Donald Trump be prevented from speaking.
