If you have a specific one specific problem, I keep saying problem, but maybe it's something else. One specific thing that you want to improve, then only focus on that thing. And it will make you more focused. It will make you less overwhelmed. And I think you will start noticing improvements and you feel better about yourself because when you notice that you're improving, then you think, oh, wow. So this works.
