COVID-19 B Lines

Not all patients with COVID-19 will have POCUS findings. Usually only people with lung involvement, which will likely be the ones that have abnormal x-rays, will have findings on POCUS. Numerous B lines are what we're seeing in CO VID-19 patients. The lumpy bumpy Plura is not smooth at all. It has an irregular appearance. Another thing to look for is consolidations beneath or far-field to the Plura. They look like little hypercoic or darker looking areas just underneath the Plura line. You may also see larger consolidations in the lungs, and these may be bilaterally in the CoVid 19 patients. We
